Ram Belt Buckle “BOB”

 A custom-made silver buckle that is quite the showstopper. 3D ram sits in the center of a banner and floral inlay. Banner says "Bob". On the back the previous owner's name, station and year are inscribed "Cecil A. Stevens // Potentate // 1996".
